Description
The mission of the IPGP Data Center is to collect, manage, preserve and provide access to geophysical data from IPGP observatories and scientific experiments. It ensures interconnection with the Epos-France research infrastructure and international data centers.
The Data Center also maintains an open repository of observational and research data (IPGP Research Collection). Within the Data Center, the engineer.e will work in a team of 4 people (3 engineers and 1 researcher) and in close collaboration with IPGP observatory engineers.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the administration, operation and evolution of the IPGP Data Center information system.
- Participate in data management and in the management and development of applications for data management.
